Service: i ordered online a pair of gloves size 7, what arrived was size 8, no-one bothered to contact me about unavailable stock, far too big and not wanted, on phone told website was wrong, no apology, still waiting for refund on the gloves that I have returned, very prompt at taking payment from you.Our response: Thank you for taking the time to send us your thoughts. Having investigated in full and also having listened to the relevant call recordings, we understand that initially there was an error on our website. The gloves you requested were listed as available in a size seven; when actually the smallest size available was an eight. The operative with whom you spoke apologised for the error and explained what had happened. Unfortunately in the first instance we were unaware that there was a problem which is why you weren't called. As soon as we became aware of the issue, steps were taken to fix the error on our website and a free of charge return and collection was offered; which you declined as you preferred to send it back yourself. The credit is issued upon receipt of the goods arriving in our warehouse, however to date we do not appear to have received the goods back. We understand a member of our management team has been in touch and the matter has now been resolved. May we apologise for any inconvenience and thank you once again for bringing this to our attention.
