Two Part Perforated Tags
- Distintinctive red and white tag with clear language to indicate dangerous areas and enhance security within allocated areas
- Choose from two durable and hard-wearing materials; cardboard and polyester
- We also offer different text descriptions; ‘Equipment locked out’, and ‘Do not operate’
- Tags are supplied with nylon ties
- Each stub has a unique identification number that identifies who can open which lockout
- Remove the identification stub from the tag and keep it for later use
- The labels have matching identification numbers on the bottom and top
