  • Choose from two durable and hard-wearing materials; cardboard and polyester
  • We also offer different text descriptions; ‘Equipment locked out’, and ‘Do not operate’
  • Tags are supplied with nylon ties
  • Each stub has a unique identification number that identifies who can open which lockout
  • Remove the identification stub from the tag and keep it for later use
  • The labels have matching identification numbers on the bottom and top
