PostedComment7 years agoService: The products arrived in good time and we were very satisfied with them. However, the entrance mat was delivered to the wrong address by mistake and refused. We are awaiting its return and reallocation. I found the staff I spoke to about this problem to be very polite and helpful.

We are advised that this has since been resolved for you.
Product: Although one of the bin lids was broken on delivery, but usable.Our response: In terms of the lid that arrived damaged, we understand that a replacement was offered; however you felt that as it was still functioning, you preferred to keep the original lid in this instance. Products should of course arrive in perfect condition, so may we extend our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
