But estimated delivery dates not always as acknowledged. Signs arrived late than advised, Training DVD's ordered 8th June not despatched until 24th june. Tasha ? in customer services very helpful and apologetic for delay. Called me back several times to chase down and confirm actions when promised.Product: Excellent
