11 years agoService: We recently placed an order for advisory stickers which would have easily fitted into an envelope for delivery via standard Royal Mail. We were not given this option and incurred a delivery charge of over £7. Perhaps you should consider offering the option of postal delivery for small orders and charge a reduced rate for postage and packing.Our response: Thank you for your valued feedback. Currently we do despatch all orders on a courier service to facilitate the swiftest possible delivery. This also allows more visibility, enabling us to track a parcel at each stage of it's journey.
Seton carriage charges are based on the total order value and are inclusive of picking, packing, insurance and next day delivery whenever possible. 11 years agoService: Always very fast delivery turn around times and very helpful staff on the telephone.
However, as an existing and loyal customer we recieve an excessive and frequent amount of A5 leaflets, A4 leaflets, A5 thin catalogues, A5 thick catalogues, full size catalogues and faxes!! There are two of us in my team on this account with you (and sit next to each other), and we always recieve the same literature in the post. We get these types of literature on its own in the post AND in every single package/delivery, even if we get two different boxes on the same day delivered. The amount of paper/ink/postage/manpower you must spend on this excessive sending of materials is unfathomable - more trees than I'd like to guess at.
Please send us (to our Oracle Parkway address) only ONE full catalogue, and ONLY when there are changes. If I'd saved up all the items like this I've recieved since I started here in February, pretty sure I'd have enough to build a heavily branded miniature village.Product: Customer service always very good.
