11 years agoService: Normally i have been very impressed with your service, but we had 14 boxes of Roses sent to us in error, 3 further items had to be sent back due to mis information upon ordering.Our response: We are so sorry about the information you were given by our contact centre regarding the brackets and the first aid kits. I can confirm that the credit for these has gone back onto your account. Please be assured that this issue is being addressed. Regarding the chocolates, again our sincere apologies, this was a typing error at order entry stage.
