PostedComment7 years agoService: Excellent service and product, my only issue is that on Seton's website it states these come in two different sizes but I could not find an option to let me select what size I required, so the door labels are a little too large for purpose but have been fitted anyway.Our response: Thank you for your valued feedback. Although we are very pleased to hear that you were happy with the service and the quality of the products ordered; we are also sorry to hear that the size you received wasn't quite right for you. Please do be aware that should you ever receive an item that is not entirely suitable for whatever reason, our customer service team are always happy to assist and can arrange returns of unused items for you within 30 days. For future reference you can reach them on freephone 0800 585 501. In terms of the issue on our website with selecting sizes - we are very sorry for the inconvenience and the details have been referred to our web team to correct this directly. Product: other than sizing being a little too large, these were very easy to install, look professional and will aid with residents and visitors easy operation of the doors

Product: Very rarely do we return anything that has been ordered and on the occassions when its been damaged on transit another has been dispatched the same day
