PostedComment8 years agoService: 4 rung ladder delivered instead of an 8 rung. Once problem identified with Seton the correct ladder was delivered and the wrong one picked up. Very pleased with the efficiency and speed of the exchange.
Product: Very sturdy & secure and not to heavy to move . Needed high ladders to access high storage areas.
