Product: I ordered 4 off these items for a client on the 25th February 2016, I was told there was 1 in stock which we received promptly.
I spend 4 weeks phoning and being told different explanations of why we did not receive the items, and the client was getting more irate as they had an impending audit. I waited around 6 weeks in the end which is unacceptable. Dispatch, Delivery & Returns
