I was then telephoned by someone from Seton asking how I felt about everything, then an email came, then today an envelope with another copy of your catalogue and now this feedback thing. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings but, honestly, all I wanted was a couple of signs which I ordered from your web site without needing or wanting a paper catalogue. I did not seek this persistent searching for praise. It is self-defeating and ultimately irritating . The signs were good. There.Our response: Thank you for your feedback.
