I understand you have now spoken with our Customer Service supervisor who explained that our carrier had attempted delivery but you wereaway at the time and that you had arranged to collect from their depot on your return. This product is not held in stock and shipped directly from the manufacturer on a 7 working day lead time. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.Product: same as before not recieved
