Uses a sophisticated UV sensor that discriminates between flames and other sources of UV
Designed to be installed to the mains with a wide 9-33V DC operating voltage
Can be ceiling and wall mounted, the detector has a 90° conical field of view below the sensor

Details

Can be installed as part of a building wide alarm system using a control panel or zone monitor
Install in enclosed areas for best use
Detects flames up to 25m away
Responds upon the creation of stationary flames without flicker, and detects the UV radiation emitted by flames upon combustion
Bear in mind that the detector will also pick up electrical discarges from lightning and arc welding
When using this detector the following must be avoided; UV lamps, UV light sources, prolonged temperatures above 60° and obstructions to the fireld of view
