7 years agoService: delivery was quick and efficient. However, the quality of the product was poor. I appeared to have been bombarded with emails after the purchase including this review. Probably will not use them againOur response: Thank you for your valued feedback. In terms of emails, we do send a confirmation once the order has been processed, an advanced shipping notice when the goods are despatched and then finally the invoice. We do find that the majority of our customers prefer to be kept informed, but should you prefer not to receive these notifications please do let us know when placing your next order; and we will always do our best to accommodate. Your account settings have also been changed to ensure you do not receive promotional emails - but should you wish to change this at any point, just let us know.
Product: very thin plastic sign for £28!Our response: In terms of the quality of the sign, the material used is a standard, hard wearing polypropylene and as a popular material - we do sell a very large volume of this type of sign on a daily basis. Just so that you are aware, we do also have the sign you ordered available in the polycarbonate material which is even stronger if this would be more suitable for your needs.
