Firstly may we apologise for the condition in which the goods arrived, products should always arrive in perfect condition and we are very sorry to hear that in this instance this was not the case. As a matter of procedure we have had the call recordings listened to. The first advisor you spoke to was very apologetic and offered to replace the goods on a free of charge next day delivery. Most regretfully, the pre 10:30am delivery then didn't arrive on time due to the courier experiencing a delay at the hub. The advisor you spoke with at this point was very apologetic as should be the case, and liaised with the carrier to arrange a further special pre 10:30 am delivery for the following morning. We are very sorry for any inconvenience the delay caused, and would like to assure you that your experience in this case was certainly not typical of the high standard of service we provide.
