Plastic Cloakroom Furniture – Wall Racks

Service: the product supplied was exceptionally inferior. replies to emails took more than a day, with me having to send reminder emails for a reply to the initial email. having finally got a reply, i was told that their supplier was in the process of sending out a replacement. this was not required as the replacement would have been equally inferior due to the design. i even commented that this product should be removed from the product selection as its the worst design i have ever seen - as we have had no issues with all the items we have purchased in the past. it also sounds like a credit will not be raised until seton have managed to get all products back to their supplier as they MAY not be able to stop them sending out a replacement.

Product: hooks held on by rivets only just thicker than the hook; the plastic was a hollow strip so if you manage to hang anything heavier than a tissue on the hook, then any remaining rivets would have snapped off or pulled at the thin plastic they are held on to. there are also no wall fittings for the product. the bottom hook was exceptionally short and stuck straight out so it would have been unuseable to hang anything on anyway. this product costs £60 a pop - it's not even worth a tenner. the product lets seton down immensly
