Service: Very helpful when I wanted customised magnetic labels. Clear process and delivered on time.

Product: Did exactly what they were supposed to do

Service: No problems with customer service or products. However the last two orders I have placed for lables/ signs have been delivered in seperate deliveries which results in many different delivery notes and invoices. Reconciling these to the original order becomes more time consuming any rather annoying for us (accounts dept and myself)

Our first order resulted in an error on Setons behalf resulting in the wrong size lables being delivered, although the order placed was correct.

Web Site - the pop up ' hi, lets chat' window with contact details pops up too much and is distracting/ annoying.

I now know from experience that there are more products available shown in the catalogue than on the web site. I would not have known this had I not spoken to customer services regarding an incorrect delivery. May be this could be mentioned on the site - could result in preventing a decison not to buy?

I have lost track of how many catalogues you have sent out to us. I have only placed 2 orders to date but have received multiple catalogues! Seem to be a process that every despatched order or part order results in another catalogue. This is not good from an environmental/ waste aspect.

Non of the above would stop me using Seton again. Hope you may find the feedback of some use?

Product: Good

Service: ok - very keen to get you to pay - which is understandable in the current climate- but must be costly for smaller orders

Product: Good
