12 years agoService: Initial phone call to order was very helpful and despite some questions and changes felt that I wasn't being hurried and had a good knowledge of alternatives available.
Only let down by there being a few items no longer available.
The deliveries ended up comming over a period of over a week for similar based items which made it more difficult to track where you where with them.
Also please can you not send out so many catalogues, two more came with the order despite already having some in date ones.It always seems such a shame to throw them awayProduct: Good
