JUSTRITE® Flammable Storage Cabinets
- Self-closing mechanism ensures doors shut and latch from any open position – perfect in busy locations or emergencies
- Heavy-duty, 3 point locking doors provide a tight seal around potentially hazardous items
- Cabinets can be secured with an additional padlock if access needs to be restricted further
- Doors open a full 180° so contents can be easily found, retrieved and returned
- Continuous piano hinges give extra support to doors and add strength
- Fully welded construction ensures strong, reliable storage for a range of flammable substances
- Made from 18-gauge, 1mm thickness steel; suitable for use in busy industrial environments
- Adjustable storage feet make siting a cabinet easy – even in garages, workshops and agricultural buildings with uneven floors
- Cabinet body includes flame arrester air vents to further guard against the build up of dangerous fumes.
- Integrated sump is leak proof and easy to clean
- Available in a range of sizes and capacities - sump should always hold at least 110% of the volume of the largest stored container
- Adjustable shelves have a UDL (uniform distributed load) of 156kg for flexible storage
- Shelves direct liquids to the back and bottom of the cabinet so spills can be contained in one area
- Place a spill control station nearby to deal with any leaks quickly and correctly
- When correctly attached to a grounding rod or system, the built-in earthing connector guards against dangers associated with electrical charges
- Cabinets should be marked with universally recognised GHS signs so workers and emergency services are aware of items held within
- Enhanced ratings and features can potentially help justify the storage of larger volumes of flammable liquids should the need occur
- Tested and certified by Factory Mutual Approvals – a globally recognised body that ensures the highest possible standards are met
- Independently tested up to 861°C
