PostedComment9 years agoService: Supplier duplicated the order by accident. Aftersales a bit slow in providing a credit but very quick at sending payment reminders (2 weeks into the 30day nett). No free carriage offered, regardless of order value. No Local Authority/school discount offered on catalogue items.Our response: Thank you for your valued feedback. Having investigated, it appears that your order was sent directly to both a member of our sales team and also to our main sales email address. Unfortunately as this was picked up and processed at the same time by both parties, the system did not flag up to advise the order was already processed. May we extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused. As this is an item that is made up to order and comes directly from the manufacturer, this is a slightly longer process than a return for a stock item. However - having checked on this - your credit is due to be with you, within the next 24 hours.
