PostedComment13 years agoService: Order lost by Setons, resulting in 3 month wait until i chased order, once placed we were informed of £10 delivery Charge? order placed 18th Feb product arrived here on 17th May.Our response: Thank you for your feedback. Regretfully it would appear that we did not receive your initial order. Upon being advised you were waiting for it, my colleague processed it on the telephone immediately. This item is also made up to order, and the lead time does reflect this. In terms of carriage you have been charged a standard carriage charge which we do have on all of our orders.
