7 years agoService: Phone service was excellent, one item ordered delivered on wrong day and second item which was due on the same day arrived 2 days late.
All was guaranteed for the same date delivery for someone to be home. One item was require for a important job and was too late. Finished using company now nowOur response: Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We are very sorry to hear that there were complications with the delivery. One item you had requested is made to order and comes directly from the manufacturer with it's own lead time and the other is despatched from stock in our warehouse. Thank you for pointing out that the batteries were not included with the key box as this was an oversight on our part. This information has been taken on board and we will take steps to highlight this within our system to ensure our sales team can advise of this when placing orders. Please accept our apologies that our delivery times did not meet your expectations in this instance, and may we thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback.Product: An expensive safe that requires batteries to set the electronic opening mechanism, doesn't come supplied or made aware of at time of ordering.
