Service: Order arrived in several parcels over a quite long period, no prior information to say this. When I contacted Seton to chase my order I was asked did I specifiy parts to be shipped together, this was not an option when ordering. Dont think I will order againOur response: Thank you for your valued feedback. I have now changed your account to ship complete, which will mean that any new orders you place with Seton will be sent in one shipment. The reason we do not automatically do this, is to prevent customers orders being delayed. If an item is not in stock then this will delay the whole order. However, I have now changed your account, if you would like to change the account back at any stage, please can you advise Seton so we can amend this for you.
