The main Custom page on our website allows you to quickly and easily access all of our products that can be customised. Apply the filter to view by product type. Any other customisable products can be easily recognised online, just look out for the custom logo.

- -Which artwork formats do you accept?

Our Seton Customisation Tool allows you to upload several artwork formats. However, we strongly recommend you use one of the following formats for a high quality result: AI (Illustrator), PDF (ADOBE). We also accept JPEG, EPS or TIFF format.
- -My artwork is low resolution/poor quality. Can you improve it?

Sure! However, improving your artwork will generate additional costs to your order. Please speak to a member of our customer service team to discuss.
- -How many text characters can I type on my product?

The maximum number of lines and characters will vary from one product to another. A red warning message will automatically appear if you exceed the fixed limit.
- -How big will the font size be on my product?

The font size may change as it automatically adapts to the product dimensions as well as to the number of characters you choose to include.
- -I can’t add my product to the basket. What can I do?

Please ensure that you have completed all the creation steps properly. Your product won’t be able to be added to the basket if you have missed a step.
- -I have added my product to the cart but think I have made a mistake. How can I check that my product is correct?

All you need to do is click on the “Preview Design” button to check you have not forgotten anything before completing your order.
- -Does the final product look exactly the same as the digital preview on my screen?

Your design may be slightly adjusted in order to provide you with the best quality final result. You can ask us to send a proof by phone or e-mail for you to approve. However, the colours displayed when ordering online can be slightly different from what you will get on your final product.
- -How can I share my design with others?

Once your product has been designed and added to your basket, you can have it validated by another person using the “Send for Approval” button. You can also simply send your design using the “Send by e-mail” button.
- -Can you help me create my online design?

Our customer service team can help you create an online design according to your specific needs and requirements. Our customer service advisor will share a link allowing you to see the design and adjustments in real time.
- -Can I reorder my previous designs?

You can reorder previous products by clicking the “Reorder” button available in your customer area or via the “Previous orders” tab (please check the names of the button).
