PostedComment8 years agoService: Hi The only real issue was the trolley was originally delivered without its wheels and bolts. After reminding Seton twice the parts eventually turned up.Our response: Thank you for your valued feedback. Having investigated we understand that this was an item that was made to order and was despatched directly from the manufacturer. Upon being advised that you were missing some of the fixings, we contacted the manufacturer to have them sent on for you. Unfortunately there seems to have been an issue with the courier and they didn't reach you as anticipated. Upon being made aware of this, our customer service team had them re-sent for you. May we apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we are pleased to hear that you are now happy with the product and found it easy to assemble.
Product: The trolley, once delivered with all its parts is good and easy to assemble.
