PostedComment11 years agoService: Ordering, delivery and quality all excellent, but it would help if we could know delivery charges on ordering instead of having to phone up separately, as the ordering online generates a PO automatically, so a separate one has to be raised manually for the delivery charge.

12 years agoService: seems to take a long phone call to order just 2 small items and was then given a delivery time of approx 5 days.heard nothing for 3 weeks so phoned and was told they were awaiting delivery of stock.1 item arrived about a week after that the 2nd item a couple of weeks later. not goodOur response: Thank you for your feedback.
