Service: I ordered 7 and 10 heaters. These were delivered in 4 trips. Not really good enough.Our response: Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you had placed two seperate orders for these products which would have caused them to be shipped seperately to begin with. The order for a quantity of ten was delivered in two consignments on the same day, which would have been the second attempt; as the carrier advises unfortunately nobody was available at this time to sign for the goods. The order you placed with us for a quantity of seven, was split over two further consignments due to stock availability, as we do despatch stock as soon as it becomes available rather than keep you waiting for the rest of the stock to come in. This is our standard process. However, should you wish at any time to receive a complete shipment, please advise when ordering - and we will certainly do our best to arrange this for you. Service: normally the service is excellent, the lady i spoke to the other day paniced as i was placing more than one order for different addressses and she asked several times for the same info.( Postcode for the Invoicing address) maybe she was new i dont know.Our response: Thank you for your feedback. As part of our call handling standards when placing an order, we do need to confirm both the delivery and invoicing address for every order. This is to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers with both the delivery and the invoicing; and on some occasions we have found customers need invoices to different locations.
