Ever since the ban on indoor smoking in public places, it’s become more important than ever to provide a suitable outdoor area for smokers to reach for a handy cigarette. While it is not a legal requirement, it is also good to provide the option – even non-smokers can benefit from having a covered outdoor area should they ever need some fresh air.

Depending on how much you can afford to spend and the amount of space you have available, there are many different alternatives that’ll help accommodate smokers. The most extensive offering is the straight-forward traditional smoking shelter; however, there are many smaller alternatives. If you don’t have much space, you could get a wall-mounted shelter or a simple smoking porch to allow some protection from rain, snow or hail.
