Service: The order was delivered in four separate deliveries, resulting in four separate invoices, all sent by post, both deliveries and invoices not environmentally friendly but also not cost effective for your company, nor for us spending time unpacking four deliveriesOur response: Thank you for your valued feedback. Here at Seton as a standard process we do despatch items as soon as they are available with items that are out of stock / need to be made etc to follow on asap. We do not charge per delivery and the standard carriage is split up among however many invoices are then raised - as we also invoice for the goods as they leave us. We do find that the majority of our customers prefer this, however we do realise that some companies may prefer to receive one delivery. When placing your orders please do let us know your preference and our sales team will always do their best to accommodate wherever possible.
