PostedComment11 years agoService: Every time we place an order we either receive the incorrect amount of stock or we are always having to chase missing stock that hasn't been packed but say's its in there with the rest of it.Our response: Thank you for your valued feedback. May we apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced. Having investigated we understand that the issues to which you refer, were resolved as soon as we were made aware. There was an issue with some eyewash that comes in packs of three, but were listed as individual bottles at that price - the description on our system has been clarified to ensure this does not happen again. There was also an issue on a code for some other eyewash which was immediately rectified. We would like to thank you once again for bringing this to our attention, and assure you that these were isolated incidents and not typical of our service.
