- Visitors simply "sign in" completing the badge card insert in duplicate. Standard conditions are printed on the reverse relating to Health & Safety, Fire & Emergency, Smoking Policy and Car Parking.
- The top copy becomes the insert for the badge and the duplicate copy remains in the visitor book
- A security cover sheet is included in the visitor book and provides confidentiality for all previous visitors
- Each book contains a fast track exit sheet for busy receptions
- 300 badges within each book and refill
