12 years agoService: Generally good in terms of delivery and products; it was weird however to have 3 different accesses for charges from my debit card to get to the total amount; it resulted in a security stop on my debit card which ultimately did get sorted out but used up 30m of my time and phone expense as all I was aware of was the total amount.Our response: Thank you for your feedback. In terms of the payments taken from your card, please allow us to clarify. When a product is ordered, we strive to send it out as quickly as possible to ensure a swift delivery. As a result, if an item is out of stock or needs to be made up to order; Rather than delay your receipt of the other items, we send them straight out. The payment is then triggered for the despatched items. We do find that the majority of our customers prefer this process, but if you would rather have your goods sent in one complete shipment, please do let us know at the time of the order and we will always do our best to accomadate.
