• Meets current SEMA standards
• Standard frame loading on multiple bays up to 8212kg subject to beam heights and floor fixings
• Factory assembled frames to include footplates, which include floor fixing bolts, 2 levelling shims and beam locking safety pins
• Illistrated bays to suit pallet sizes indicated
• For single bays de-rate loading by 50%

• Beams have 4mm thick steel connectors with 3 tongues for secure location and secured with zinc plated locking pins to prevent accidental vertical displacement of beams

900mm Deep Rack (1000kg per pallet):

• Pallets stored 1000mm (D) into rack on 900mm (D) rack
• First beam level at 1800mm maximum height from floor
• Based on pallet size 1200 (W) x 1000 (D) x 1500mm (H) weighing 1000kg

1100mm Deep Rack (1000kg per pallet):

• Pallets stored 1200mm (D) into rack on 1100mm (D) rack
• First beam level at 1800mm maximum height from floor
• Based on pallet size 1000 (W) x 1200 (D) x 1500mm (H) weighing 1000kg

1100mm Deep Rack (800kg per pallet):

• Pallets stored 1200mm (D) into rack on 1100mm (D) rack
• First beam level at 1800mm maximum height from floor
• Based on pallet size 800 (W) x 1200 (D) x 1500mm (H) weighing 800kg

NB: It is recommended that bays be fixed securely to the floor - customers must ensure that existing floors are suitable for the loads to be imposed on them.
