Product: suitable for what we required

Service: Reasonable products as ordered although one sign was folded over and therefore unusable. Biggest cocern was delivery, received an email on 26th Feb saying order was dispatched. Eventually delivered on 12th March!Our response: Hello and thank you for taking time to feed back to us regarding your recent order. I understand one of the Customer Service team have been in touch with you regarding the damaged sign and this has been replaced.Please accept our apologies for the delay in delivery we have looked into it and unfortunately the goods were despatched on 28th Feb when the bad weather arrived which caused some major disruption and delivery backlogs with carriers in some parts of the country. Under normal circumstances our delivery time via carrier is 24-48 hours. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
