HSE Health & Safety Law Poster
As an employer you are required by law to display a HSE Health & Safety Law Poster
- A new simplified version of the Health & Safety Law Poster was launched in April 2009 – This replaces the existing poster and will be mandatory from 5th April 2014
- The new design is easy to use as there is no longer a need to provide contact details of your enforcing authority
- It tells workers what they and their employers need to do in simple terms, using numbered lists of basic points
- It features a unique serial number and hologram so that you can be sure you have a genuine version
- This new poster is also available in Welsh
- Choose from either posters or booklets (see below)
