As an employer, you are required by law to either display the HSE-approved poster or to provide each of your workers with this equivalent pocket card/leaflet.
These HSE safety law pocket cards supersede the earlier leaflet editions published with ISBN 9780717617029, 0717608182 You can continue to give workers copies of the equivalent 1999 leaflet until 5 April 2014. After this date, you must display the 2009 approved poster or give workers personal copies of the 2009 equivalent pocket card/leaflet, available in these formats: Pocket card ISBN 9780717663507, Easy read leaflet 9780717663521, Large print leaflet 9780717663484, English /Welsh leaflet 9780717663514.
