8 years agoService: Two items were missing from order, and was informed they were dispatched. Wasted my time going through the bin in case they were thrown out by mistake. They were not found so rang up regarding these items to be informed they were left by mistake in the warehouse, and would be sent out immediately. A week later waited for them to come - and nothing! In the end Setons cancelled the order and had to raise this as a separate request it to get them sent out. very disappointed - as these were required urgently due to a CQC inspection detail. Approx three weeks to get these signs to me. Not good enough.

Couldn't this have been on one invoice?Our response: Thank you for your valued feedback. We are pleased to hear that you would rate the service and products as good, but also sorry to hear there was an issue with the invoicing. As a standard process we do despatch goods as soon as they become available, to provide the swiftest delivery possible; and the goods are invoiced shortly after despatch. We do find that the majority of our customers prefer this process rather than waiting for a complete delivery if there is an item either out of stock or a custom item is being produced etc. However, please do let us know when placing your orders if you would prefer to have a complete delivery with one invoice -as we will always do our best to accommodate. Once again may we thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback.
