13 years agoService: Duplicated order - mistake on their part. Although the delivery was very prompt the collection for the duplicated order has yet to be sorted out. Numerous emails and telephone calls over the past week regarding collection of the demarcation kit have not been replied to and item still waiting to be returned.Our response: Thank you for your feedback. Having investigated, it appears that there has been some confusion on both sides. We sincerely apologise once again for our part in this.
