11 years agoService: Placed order on web site complete with details, but had to ring back to confirm my requirements. Order was duplicated as the same order was resent after you recieved our confirmation order, this also came with no PO No.
ThanksOur response: Thank you for your valued feedback. Having investigated, we understand that the purchase order you emailed through did not quote a style number, size or a material. This unfortunately meant that to be able to process your order, it was necessary that a member of our sales team contact you to request the rest of the details. A voicemail was left for you advising of this, and once we received the information from you, your order was completed and released. We have however, noticed that you also placed what appears to be the same order with a differing po number, and that went straight through on the website. A member of our customer service team will be in touch directly to discuss this in more detail, and if required arrange a return for you.

12 years agoService: the postage for this was extremely high it should have been less than a pound for Two small stickers, the package was bulked up with a Seton catologue that i did not want, i could have sent these by post with a 1st class stamp - what a rip off SetonOur response: Thank you for your feedback. Firstly we would like to clarify that you have not, nor would our customers ever be charged any carriage / additional carriage to receive catalogues or any literature we send out. The carriage charges we do have - not only cover the cost of the postage and packaging materials, but also the full process of getting an item from the shelf and to your door. We do strive to achieve the fastest delivery possible, and as with yours, the vast majority of orders for stock items; are delivered the following day. To this end we do use a carrier rather than the post for all of our orders. Please also note that the charge was displayed both prior to confirming the order, and also by automated email acknowledgement. Kind regards, the Seton Team.
