11 years agoService: Still waiting on half of an order that we placed 17 days ago. Not helpful customer service. Sending P.O.Ds that haven't even been checked your end (it was lucky that we found that half of the order). Sent 3 e-mails about the delivery in the last week. No reply as yet. Not even an acknowledgement that someone is looking into it.Our response: Thank you for your valued feedback. We understand that you have been contacted by a member of our management team to discuss this in detail. We understand that although steps were being taken behind the scenes to rectify the situation, that you had not been made aware at each stage of what was being done. We would like to apologise for this oversight and for any inconvenience you have experienced. The senior advisor for customer service has confirmed that the goods have now been delivered, the issue has been resolved and that you have been given a direct contact should you require any further assistance in this matter. Once again may we extend our apologies and hope that you remain a valued customer.
